Returns at Visual Workplace, Inc.

Visual Workplace values our customers and respects your privacy. We collect information about you through our website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. As described in this policy, we may share your information under certain circumstances with third parties that provide services on our behalf. You may return new, unused items for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the receipt and original packaging. To Return an Item

Circle each item and the quantity that you are returning on your invoice.
Indicate the reason for the return next each item.
Package the item(s) securely, enclose the invoice and all original packaging.
We will issue a credit to your credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Restocking Fee:

Your refund will reflect a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

Custom Order Items:

Refunds will not be issued on custom orders.
