Shipping at Visual Workplace, Inc.
Visual Workplace, Inc. provides 5S, Lean and Visual Management products that effectively help you implement a productive workplace.
Visual Workplace ships to all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Shipping charges include a handling fee. Orders are shipped through the United Parcel. Service (UPS). Shipping options include UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.
Orders shipping in the US and placed by 12pm EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST, are typically processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m, excluding holidays.
When an order is placed, authorization is made to verify available funds. All orders depend on credit card fund authorization and product availability. If the credit card declines or the product is on backorder, shipping time is directly effected.
US Overnight Shipping & Handling – Please understand that choosing “Overnight” does not necessarily mean that your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day if the product is not on back order. You should receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. A signature may be required. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
While Visual Workplace makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, Visual Workplace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the customer enters the shipping address incorrectly and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, a $20 intercept fee will apply.
Please note that Visual Workplace is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. Up to three (3) delivery attempts will be made to your shipping address. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact UPS to make alternate arrangements. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If you decide to return a purchased product, shipping charges are not refundable.
