The following is a list of the top 10 most frequently cited standards resulting from worksite inspections conducted by federal OSHA across all industries.
NOTE: Generally, OSHA does not post the top ten violations until after the first week in April, so as to allow the prior fiscal year’s inspection data to finalize past the close of the fiscal year (September 30th). This information is taken from the 2024 NSC Safety Congress & Expo.
